My career has been split between private practice and holding Senior Counsel positions for Fortune 1000 companies. In my career, I have tried over two dozen cases. I have taken and defended hundreds of depositions and countless disputes. The litigation and courtroom experience has helped shape my approach to risk, advice, and counseling.

I opened Garcia Litigation and Legal Counsel (Garcia LLC) to assist people and businesses. I enjoy supporting small and medium-size businesses to help protect their most valuable assets: time and their business.

I take immense pride in my work, and get career enjoyment from providing pro bono legal services to children, mothers of abuse, veterans, and active duty service members. I only accept a limited number of pro bono matters at a given time.
